Most  insurance glass claims centers require that the insured be present or on a three way call to process an auto glass claim. ChipMasters customer service representatives will handle making insurance claims in a timely and professional manner.

It is possible you may have a deductible at the point of service.

Remember, windshields with repairable chip damage will have your deductible waived. Replacements deductible of front, rear and all side glass may vary depending on your insurance policy.Remember your auto glass deductible is separate from your auto collision repair deductible.
